I have had an interest in photography for many years and have used several different cameras in that time. I was given one of Andy's vouchers for Christmas and used it for a Skomer Puffin experience. Andy expertly described and explained the various settings on my GF1 Lumix - most of which I had never delved into. The explanation of how to frame the shots was I think the most important of the day as I had never considered it before - "point and shoot" has now gone out the window as I am far more considered in what I do.

After the day on Skomer I was left out of my depth trying to process the RAW files using Picasa on my PC as I didn't have Adobe Photoshop. Andy was able to spend several hours with me - taking me through the various Photoshop editing tools and again explaining how to frame, on the computer, the photos from Skomer to best show the subject off. He was also able to explain some additional photographic techniques at the time. I was left feeling far more at peace with the original photos I had shot on Skomer.
