Firstly thanks to Andy for organising the trip, to our skipper Gareth for the evening and to all those on the trip for being such good company.
As Andy knows I don't pretend to be a great photographer but, I do try and compete with Janet (Baxter) - Ha Ha - and trying to take photographs for my main interest. Which is, capturing the moment of something different, using pictures to prepare talks via Power Point Presentations for various groups, Wildlife trust, RSPB, and raising awareness etc. WI are often good as they normally provide tea and cakes !!

Anyway conditions were a touch choppy but for my part I not only enjoyed the trip but managed a few photos of particular interest to a couple of talks I am planning, namely two different Bridled Guillies on Skomer, a Puffin washing (Quiz Question), Herring gull eating the white of a razorbills egg, some different 'aged' Gannets and some photos of Grassholm adding to the catalogue of Grassholm's moods and tenses. Will I do the talks? |Hope so - Grassholm and its wildlife, Island memories - fingers crossed. Lyndon Lomax
