In terms of the day it was a day I found very enjoyable with the right level of input from Andy and an ability to sit and make the most of being in an environment I would not normally get to spend time.

Grassholm provided an opportunity to shoot pictures of the magnificent Gannett, this bird brings prehistoric grace to life its size hides a grace unexpected. Shooting from a boat brings challenges, but also rewards as returning to land we were treated to the magnificent raft of shearwaters gathering in the setting sun, a most memorable end to a magnificent day with Andy.
