What a lovely present, my daughter and I spent a day together with Andy in the Welsh Wetland Centre Llanelli discovering more about creating better RAW images.

Andy very patiently shared the approach he takes to create the perfect image, introducing the correct way to hold the camera, checking we understood the meaning of....depth of field, circle of confusion and in reading histograms.

He is a very experienced tutor so we enjoyed how clearly he explained the complexities of ISO settings, correct aperture, shutter speed and then the final picture composition.

So as you can see we had a very pleasant, informative day with a break for coffee mid morning and lunch together we covered a great deal both theoretically and then practically out amongst the wildlife.

All in all we had a very inspirational day ....thanks to Andy.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in photography.
