I had a massively enjoyable and educational day with Andy on Skomer. Andy's technical guidance was superb and ranged from getting us to really think about the basic principles through to in-depth technical discussion.
Andy also knows the island and it's wildlife inside out, his knowledge was not only fascinating but understanding the puffins' behaviour was essential for capturing the best moments on camera.

I'd been to Skomer before in late Summer and had seen a single puffin in the distance, the difference at the end of April when the workshop I attended took place was incredible. Despite what I'd been told I was taken aback by how many puffins there were and how close they get to you on the paths.
It was a fantastic day and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!
